About the role:

Are you passionate about revolutionizing manufacturing through Industry 4.0? Do you thrive on designing and implementing automation solutions from concept to execution? We are seeking a highly skilled Industry 4.0 & Expert to drive the digital transformation of our heat pump production facilities. This role requires a hands-on expert who can seamlessly integrate automation technologies, optimize production efficiency, and lead end-to-end digitalization projects in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

This is Wrocław based B2B consultant role.

What are the responsibilities?

• IIoT & Smart Manufacturing: Implement machine sensors, real-time data collection, and IIoT solutions to improve Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) and predictive maintenance.
• System Integration: Ensure seamless communication between PLM (3DX), ERP (Microsoft Dynamics 365), and MES systems to automate data flows.
• Automation System Design: Develop, implement, and optimize automation solutions for production lines, including robotic systems, PLC programming, and machine connectivity.
• AI & Advanced Analytics: Leverage AI-driven solutions for quality control, predictive analytics, and manufacturing intelligence.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with manufacturing, IT, and engineering teams to drive factory digitalization initiatives.

What do you bring to the team?

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Automation, Mechatronics, Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in industrial automation, smart manufacturing, and digitalization projects.
• Strong knowledge of PLC programming, SCADA, IIoT, and MES systems.
• Experience with robotics, industrial networking, and factory digitalization tools (e.g., SolidWorks, CATIA, DELMIA).
• Proficient in data integration across PLM, ERP, and MES systems to enable seamless automation (D365 preferable).
• Familiarity with AI applications in manufacturing, such as predictive maintenance and process optimization.
