Who we are looking for:
We are looking for active Engineering, IT/OT and/or Project Management students who seek practical experience in a factory setup, and can be described as:
- interested in e.g. Mechanical engineering, Machine and Tools Design, IT / OT, Industry 4.0, 3D, Data Modelling
- not afraid of communication, PowerPoint, and admin-related project activities when needed
- curious minds eager to learn by practice
- able to work in a team, not only solo
- must have: proficiency in English — B1 minimum to allow for daily communication
- nice to have: familiarity with tools such as CAD software, Power BI, video editing tools, or MS Office (depending on role).
What we offer:
- Paid internship based on a civil law agreement (contract of mandate, pol. umowa zlecenie – a common form of flexible employment in Poland) with:
- gross hourly rate of PLN 30.50,
- flexible work time of 24 hours a week (minimum average, office-based)
- fixed-term of 6 months with an option to expand to 12 months total.

3D Modeler – Assembly Line Fixtures & Tools
Support in designing jigs, fixtures, and tooling using 3D CAD software to optimize assembly operations.

3D Modeler – Interior Design
Create and refine design proposals for the office, factory, or common space layouts using interior modeling tools.

Data Digital Modeler
Work with Power BI, system integrations, and structured data models to support factory analytics and reporting.

Training Developer
Help create a start-to-end onboarding and training program for new operators in the areas of Assembly Line, Sheet Metal Production, Copper Pipes production.

Project Manager
Collaborate closely with project managers to develop project documentation, facilitate effective communication and ensure high-quality reporting.

IT Hardware & Systems Specialist
Maintain and configure conferencing systems, digital boards, and smart workplace equipment.
