About the role:
We are establishing a Training Excellence Centre (Academy) in our new heat pump factory in Wrocław Over the next 12 months, we will design and implement a strategic programme to ensure our employees, partners, and installers acquire the right competences for every role. The Academy will combine a physical training dojo for real installation practice with a virtual reality (VR) environment for immersive learning.
As a B2B Training Specialist, you will be a key architect in building and delivering training and certification programmes for both internal employees and external business partners. This is a senior role requiring deep expertise in training design, delivery, and evaluation, with proven experience in driving large-scale competence development initiatives in an industrial or technical environment. For the right candidate, there are mid-term and long-term opportunities to transition into a permanent position and take on an expanded leadership role within the Academy.
This is a B2B consultant role located in Wroclaw and requires on-site presence.
What you’ll be doing
- Lead the development and rollout of heat pump installation certification programmes for external installers and partners.
- Design and deliver competence-based training programmes for production employees, combining classroom, dojo, and VR-based formats.
- Conduct competence assessments of current employees, map against future state needs, and define targeted training plans.
- Create professional and scalable training materials (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, digital media).
- Develop and oversee structured onboarding programmes for new employees across factory roles.
- Apply TPM methodology and tools to ensure training is standardised, measurable, and sustainable.
- Collaborate with engineering, production, and HR leaders to ensure training content is technically accurate and business-relevant.
- Deliver train-the-trainer programmes to support scalability across markets and functions.
- Act as a key point of contact for external B2B training initiatives, ensuring high standards of partner engagement and knowledge transfer.
What you’ll bring to the role
- Minimum 10 years of proven experience in training design, delivery, and programme management in a B2B or industrial/technical environment.
- Degree in Learning & Development, HR, Education, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
- Strong track record in building and scaling certification or training frameworks for technical roles.
- Excellent facilitation and presentation skills, comfortable engaging both operators and senior leaders.
- Advanced skills in content creation (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and familiarity with digital learning tools, VR, or video-based training.
- Strong stakeholder management with the ability to influence across technical, operational, and commercial functions.
- Proven ability to structure complex training programmes and deliver measurable impact.
- Good command of Polish and English, enabling effective oral and written communication
