Ready to find true purpose in your work?
10% of Europe’s CO₂ emissions are caused by residential heating and energy bills are out of control. Aira is here to change that.
With our intelligent Aira Heat Pump at the heart, we’re making the switch to clean energy-tech easier and more affordable. Helping Europe turn off gas and slashing energy costs one home at a time.

With a state-of-the-art production facility in Poland, an HQ in Stockholm, Sweden, and hubs across the UK, Germany and Italy, Aira is well on track to install clean energy-tech into 5 million homes by 2034.
About the Program
We are looking for passionate and motivated students to join our growing team and take part in a practical internship. We are currently building a Training Center of Excellence (Academy) at our new heat pump factory in Wrocław.
Over the next 12 months, we will establish a strategic program for employee development, competency certification, and ensuring the right skills for every position in our organization. The Academy will include both a dojo for hands-on physical training and a virtual reality (VR) environment for immersive learning.
We offer a paid internship with an hourly rate and flexible working hours that can be tailored to your schedule. This is a unique opportunity to take part in building a new function from the ground up, gain practical experience, and influence the way we design training and certification for our employees and installers.
What’s in it for you?
- Gain hands-on experience by supporting the design and rollout of certification programmes for heat pump installation.
- Develop your skills in creating professional training materials (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, multimedia) for both physical and VR-based learning.
- Learn how to assess competencies by mapping the skills of current production employees against future needs.
- Get the chance to shape onboarding and training programmes for new employees across all factory roles.
- Build knowledge of TPM methodology and apply it in structuring training modules.
- Strengthen your digital content creation skills by working on presentations, documentation, and training videos.
- Collaborate with engineers, production leaders, and HR professionals, gaining insights into how training impacts the entire organization.
What are we looking for?
- You are currently studying Human Resources, Learning & Development, Psychology, Education, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- You enjoy structuring information and creating clear, engaging content in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- You are interested in people development and competence building, especially in an industrial context.
- You have strong communication and organisational skills and like working with others.
- Experience with digital content creation, video production, or VR training environments is a strong plus.
- You are self-driven, detail-oriented, and ready to take ownership of your tasks.
- You have a good command of Polish and English – you’ll need it to work with technical documentation, reports, tools, and systems.
Important to note:
- Paid internship is based on a civil law agreement (contract of mandate, pol. "umowa zlecenie" – a common form of flexible employment in Poland), with an hourly rate of 30.50 PLN gross
- The internship lasts a minimum of 6 months, with the possibility of extension up to 1 year. We aim to start as soon as possible.
- Before applying, check us out at: https://company.airahome.com/
- Consider our location – you can reach us by car (free parking available), by MPK bus, or by KD train (station: Wrocław-Popiele).
How to apply?
- Prepare a short introduction about yourself so we can get to know you better. Create a .pdf file describing your achievements, interests, field of study, relevant coursework or project experience and why you think we should meet you. Please note: the number of internship slots is limited, and the document must be in English.
- Fill out the form at the bottom of the page (in English) and upload the .pdf file in the “Upload CV” field.
- Wait to hear from us – as with any recruitment process, we will contact only selected candidates.
- If your application is successful, we’ll give you a call – so keep your phone nearby!
- In the final stage, we’ll invite you for an on-site meeting at our Aira factory at Mydlana 2, Wrocław.
