About the Program

We are looking for passionate and motivated students to join our growing team and take part in a practical internship. We are currently building a Training Center of Excellence (Academy) at our new heat pump factory in Wrocław.

Over the next 12 months, we will establish a strategic program for employee development, competency certification, and ensuring the right skills for every position in our organization. The Academy will include both a dojo for hands-on physical training and a virtual reality (VR) environment for immersive learning.

We offer a paid internship with an hourly rate and flexible working hours that can be tailored to your schedule. This is a unique opportunity to take part in building a new function from the ground up, gain practical experience, and influence the way we design training and certification for our employees and installers.

What are we looking for?

• You are currently studying Human Resources, Learning & Development, Psychology, Education, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• You enjoy structuring information and creating clear, engaging content in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• You are interested in people development and competence building, especially in an industrial context.
• You have strong communication and organisational skills and like working with others.
• Experience with digital content creation, video production, or VR training environments is a strong plus.
• You are self-driven, detail-oriented, and ready to take ownership of your tasks.
• You have a good command of Polish and English – you’ll need it to work with technical documentation, reports, tools, and systems.

Important to note:

• Paid internship is based on a civil law agreement (contract of mandate, pol. "umowa zlecenie" – a common form of flexible employment in Poland), with an hourly rate of 30.50 PLN gross
• The internship lasts a minimum of 6 months, with the possibility of extension up to 1 year. We aim to start as soon as possible.
