About the role:
We are seeking a skilled and hands-on Senior Technician to join our Industrial Equipment Team. This position plays a central role in ensuring that our assembly, manufacturing, and logistics areas are equipped with the right tools and systems to perform safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. From simple intralogistics transportation tools and fixtures to advanced assembly line tooling and infrastructure installations, this is a highly practical and ownership-driven role.
This is a B2B consultant role located in Wroclaw and requires on-site presence.
What you’ll be doing
- Build and provide all tools required for production, covering assembly lines, in-house manufacturing, and logistics.
- Design, develop, and install tools ranging from basic fixtures and jigs to advanced assembly line equipment.
- Be an active part of the installation and commissioning of assembly lines and other manufacturing areas in the factory.
- Support and execute infrastructure work, including installation of media connections (Electric, gas, ventilation, supply systems).
- Define tool needs, set specifications, and participate in supplier scouting and evaluations.
- Take ownership of operator hand tools, including selection, management, and training operators in their safe and efficient use.
- Train production teams in the correct and safe use of all tools and equipment.
- Ensure compliance with safety, ergonomics, and operational standards.
Experience Required
- Proven hands-on experience in industrial tool design, build, and installation.
- Practical knowledge of infrastructure-related installations (media, gas, ventilation).
- Strong experience in managing production hand tools used by operators in daily work.
- Proficiency in 2D and 3D design software to create and detail tool drawings.
- Ability to carry out material and strength calculations.
- Demonstrated ownership and responsibility in tool lifecycle management.
- Experience in installation and commissioning of assembly lines or manufacturing systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and within a team.
