About the role:
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Project Administrator to provide critical support to our Project Managers and Engineering teams. The candidate must have demonstrated experience in creating high-quality, professional PowerPoint presentations for documenting project progress and preparing executive-level reports.
In addition to documentation responsibilities, the Project Administrator will actively support the Project Management Office (PMO) by tracking deliverables, following up on action items, and ensuring timely execution to avoid delays.
This is an onsite B2B role based in Wrocław.
What you’ll be doing?
- Develop and maintain professional PowerPoint presentations to support project reviews and executive updates.
- Document project progress and ensure well-structured, up-to-date project records.
- Assist in tracking key project deliverables and timelines across departments.
- Coordinate with Project Managers and Engineers to gather updates and ensure alignment.
- Support PMO with follow-ups to drive accountability and timely task completion.
What you’ll bring to the role?
- Proven experience in creating high-level executive presentations.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proactive approach with attention to detail and a sense of urgency.
- Experience in technical or engineering project environment is a plus.
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken).
