Founded in 2022, and with 1000+ employees and counting, Aira is driving the clean energy revolution by providing homes with modern clean energy-tech solutions such as solar power, battery storage solutions and heat pumps. With a state-of-the-art production facility in Poland where we produce our heatpumps, an HQ in Stockholm, Sweden, and hubs across the UK, Germany and Italy, Aira is well on track to install clean energy-tech into 5 million homes by 2034.
Are you passionate about creating tools that make work easier and more efficient?
We are looking for a Product Manager to lead the development of tools tailored to our installers, service technicians and customer service representatives. Aira's 800+ installers across three markets are the driving force behind ensuring our customers enjoy warm and comfortable homes. In this role you will develop tools that ensure that their work becomes efficient, that we can provide high quality installations and that we can collect data from installations that can further improve our processes. The tools will be a cornerstone of our operations and a key driver of our success.
Our business is traditionally a non-digital sector, but Aira’s vertical business model where we cover everything from manufacturing, sales, system design and installation gives us an unique opportunity to digitize and optimize installations.
In this role, you will:
- Drive the development of tools that empower our installers, service technicians and customer care agents. Continuously analyze and improve tools to enhance user experience and streamline workflows. Develop tools that enables us to collect data from our installations, facilitating feedback loops and data-driven decisions and development.
- You will own the product roadmap, prioritize feature development, and work with stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of high-impact tools.
- Collaborate with other cross-functional teams targeting the same end users to ensure a coherent user experience.
- Act as a bridge between technical development and end-users, ensuring a seamless implementation process.
You bring experience with most of the following:
- Leading product development for internal tools, ideally used by field based workforce and/or in the customer support or aftersales domain.
- Successful experience of working across various markets within fast-growing scaleups.
- Expertise in crafting customer experience-centric product strategies, aligning vision, goals, and roadmap for optimal results in both e-commerce and/or SaaS settings, with a focus on heightened customer care, technical excellence, and customer retention.
- Working with CRMs (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and developing tools for ticket management or customer service automation.
- Adept at prioritizing features based on stakeholder feedback, market analysis, and business objectives to maximize product value and support e-commerce or SaaS product growth.
