About the role
Within the Conversion Team, our mission is to take ownership of the customer journey and funnel. This includes elevating Aira's online brand presence, generating leads via the website, and ensuring a smooth onboarding of our customers. Ultimately, we envision providing a seamless online shopping experience, enabling customers to make direct purchases from our website.
In this role as Product Manager, you will be entrusted with overseeing the entirety of our online customer experience, specifically focusing on our website, from initial awareness to final purchase. Being part of a crossfunctional team, you will yield your expertise in Growth Product Management to shape the right features and priorities as well as create our product strategy, and roadmap, considering the entire journey from prospects to buyers. Together with a highly talented team, you will keenly identify and leverage growth opportunities to captivate and inform customers about our solutions. Employing advanced techniques such as experimentation and A/B Testing, you will drive the optimization of user acquisition, activation, and sales, ensuring we're constantly focusing on product market fit.
You will actively contribute to discussions on enhancing the customer journey for various regions, demographics, and user profiles. Your role will include setting development priorities, and deciding what, where, and how to build. In your leadership capacity, you will inspire and motivate the team to deliver the best features in line with our product strategy and roadmap, all while adeptly managing stakeholder relationships to ensure alignment with our overarching goals and objectives.
What we would like you to have:
- Proven track record as a Product Manager in successfully launching and scaling software B2C products across various markets within fast-growing scaleups, while strategically building the brand experience.
- Expertise in crafting conversion-centric product growth strategies, aligning vision, goals, and roadmap for optimal results, and heightened brand recognition.
- Deep understanding of how various aspects of a product interact to create sustainable growth loops and experience prioritizing features based on feedback, market analysis, and business objectives to maximize product value and bolster brand visibility.
- Proficiency in overseeing end-to-end product development with cross-functional teams, ensuring high-quality, on-time delivery.
- Experienced in Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) and website optimization, employing strong analytics skills and A/B testing for lead generation and increased traffic.
- Proven expertise in stakeholder management within a global context, with a strong track record of successful collaboration across diverse markets and functions.
