About the role
We are looking for a skilled, highly motivated, and innovative Logistics Engineer with strong hands-on experience and deep knowledge of logistics automation.
In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing end-to-end logistics processes—covering inbound material flows, warehouse operations, internal material movements, and outbound shipments. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including production, planning, industrial engineering, and quality to build lean, reliable, and cost-efficient material flows in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

This is Wroclaw based B2B consultant role.
What you’ll be doing
- Lead logistics process design and implementation in greenfield and brownfield factory environments.
- Develop layouts for warehouse and internal logistics using AutoCAD.
- Create process flows, and supporting documents for logistics team
- Define logistics equipment requirements and support the selection and integration of logistics automation partners.
- Design and deploy automated material handling solutions (AGV, AMR, conveyors, AS/RS, robotics) across warehouse and intralogistics operations.
- Analyze data to continuously improve efficiency, reduce cost, and reliability of logistics flows.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure logistics solutions are aligned with production, planning, and quality needs.
- Support optimization of WMS and ERP systems (D365).
- Define and implement picking and packing strategies using tools like Pack Optimizer, Pick-to-Light, Put-to-Light, or voice picking.
- Drive continuous improvement by applying TPM methodologies to optimize logistics and material flow processes.
What you’ll bring to the role
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- Excellent analytical, planning, and execution skills.
- Comfortable working in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD (layout design and material flow visualization).
- Experience or knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- Strong understanding and hands-on experience with logistics automation (e.g., AGVs, AS/RS, WMS).
- Understanding of picking/packing optimization tools like PackOptimizer or similar.
- Strong interest in manufacturing, logistics, and process improvement
- Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills
- Good knowledge of Excel, Power Point and basic data analysis tools
- Interest in ERP systems (experience with D365 is a plus)
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- English language skills (intermediate level or higher)
