About the role
As a Planning Agent at Aira you'll be responsible for effective resource allocation to meet customer demand. Through close collaboration with the planning and logistics teams, as well as technical colleagues, you will ensure we are able to deliver outstanding service to customers.
You'll report to our Planning Manager, but will work with Aira colleagues across the UK.
What you’ll be doing, and what you'll need
Manage installation capacity and scheduling.
Liaise with customers, technicians, and team leaders.
Always remain polite and professional.
Support and work closely with installation teams to ensure capacity is most effectively resourced for customer installations.
Experience with CRM systems and ERP systems would be beneficial for this role, specifically Hubspot and Microsoft Dynamics 365.
Experience in previous planning, logistics, or customer liaison roles would be beneficial.
