About the Program
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented student to join our Quality Excellence team in Wrocław.
This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in end-to-end quality management — from analyzing warranty (RMA) data to supporting the development, documentation, and visualization of quality processes.
As part of the Quality Excellence organization, you will contribute to building and describing processes that ensure Aira’s global quality standards are met. You will collaborate with experts across engineering and repair teams to transform ideas into clear, structured, and visual documentation.
What’s in it for you?
- Learn how end-to-end quality operates in a global clean-tech company.
- Gain practical experience with warranty analysis (RMA) and data-driven quality improvement.
- Support the development and documentation of quality processes and workflows.
- Build your skills in process mapping (using MS Visio) and creating visual documentation.
- Contribute to high-quality presentations and reports that communicate complex topics clearly and beautifully.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and see how quality connects business, engineering, and customer experience.
What are we looking for?
- You are a 3rd to 5th year student in Engineering, Quality Management, Business, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- You have an analytical mindset and enjoy structuring and describing processes.
- You are comfortable with MS Office tools (especially PowerPoint and Excel); experience with Visio
or similar tools is a plus.
- You have an eye for clarity, structure, and visual communication.
- You are proactive, curious, and eager to learn in a dynamic environment.
- You have a good command of English – both written and spoken.
Important to note:
- Paid internship is based on a civil law agreement (contract of mandate, pol. "umowa zlecenie"), with an hourly rate of 30.50 PLN gross
- The internship lasts a minimum of 6 months, with the possibility of extension up to 1 year.
- Before applying, check us out at: https://company.airahome.com/
- Consider our location – you can reach us by car (free parking available), by MPK bus, or by KD train (station: Wrocław-Popiele).
How to apply?
- Prepare a short introduction about yourself so we can get to know you better. Create a .pdf file describing your achievements, interests, field of study, relevant coursework or project experience and why you think we should meet you.
- Fill out the form at the bottom of the page (in English) and upload the .pdf file in the “Upload CV” field.
- Wait to hear from us – as with any recruitment process, we will contact only selected candidates.
- If your application is successful, we will give you a call – so keep your phone nearby!
- In the final stage, we will invite you for an on-site meeting at our Aira factory at Mydlana 2, Wrocław.
