As a Senior Accountant/Financial Controller, you will strengthening our Finance team and contributing directly to Aira’s mission: transforming how Europe heats its homes. About the role
In this role, you will take full ownership of the accounting for Aira Group AB, playing a key part in ensuring high-quality, accurate, and scalable financial processes at the core of the organization. Beyond the parent company, you will support and align ways of working across our subsidiaries, contributing to greater consistency and efficiency in a fast-growing and dynamic environment.
With a strong focus on collaboration, structure, and continuous improvement, you will help drive consistency, efficiency, and robust internal controls across the organization—making a meaningful impact in a dynamic, international environment. This is an opportunity to not only refine and improve existing processes, but also contribute to shaping new ways of working and strengthen how finance operates across Aira globally.

What you’ll be doing
Ongoing bookkeeping and monthly reconciliation/analysis of the parent company
Superuser for our ERP system, both centrally and towards the markets (Dynamics)
Administrator for the corporate bank, both centrally and towards the markets
Expense reporting and main point of contact for HR regarding Finance-related questions
Involved in cash flow planning for the group
Support the business controllers with calculations and assumptions
Support markets with processes and month-end closing
Review market reporting in the consolidation system (AARO)
Internal controls
What you’ll bring to the role
At least 3-4 years of accounting experience in a global company
Experience in end-to-end balance sheet review and account validation for a full entity
Analytical experience and skills
Experience of working with an ERP system, preferably Dynamics
University degree within Accounting and/or Finance
A flexible and solution-oriented mindset
Good structure and open mindset
You need to be fluent in Swedish and English
