About the Role
We are building a pioneering team to shape the future of residential energy. As Product Manager – PV and Battery Solutions, you will take end-to-end ownership of our power products, with a clear focus on commercial impact, customer experience, and strategic market fit. This is a highly cross-functional role that sits at the intersection of product strategy, technology innovation and business development.
Your mission will be to define and deliver a compelling offering within our integrated home energy ecosystem. You will coordinate the roadmap activities from initial concept to launch, as well as ongoing in-life management, driving growth through customer insight, strategic partnerships, and strong execution.
This is a senior role that requires both strategic thinking and operational excellence. You’ll work closely with hardware and software engineering, UX, marketing, and local market teams—while also engaging external technology partners and vendors to ensure we deliver a differentiated and scalable offering to our customers.
What you’ll be doing
• Define and lead the vision, strategy, and high-level roadmap for our power product portfolio, with a strong emphasis on commercial opportunity and competitive positioning
• Orchestrate the end-to-end product lifecycle: from market analysis and concept validation to product development, launch, and optimization
• Translate customer, market, and regulatory insights into product requirements that balance commercial goals with technical feasibility
• Develop product requirements and specifications and work closely with hardware and software engineering, design, and program management teams to ensure product requirements are met
• Partner with go-to-market teams to develop value proposition and ensure successful product launches, positioning, and channel readiness across markets
• Serve as the internal advocate and evangelist for our power product offering, ensuring alignment, enthusiasm, and clear communication across teams to drive product success
• Lead in-life product management by tracking performance, gathering customer feedback, and driving continuous improvements
• Collaborate with external partners and suppliers to strengthen our product portfolio and drive innovation and speed
• Own business case development and work closely with relevant stakeholders on pricing, and profitability models, ensuring commercial success of the solar & battery product line
• Act as a senior stakeholder in the broader energy product portfolio strategy, aligning roadmaps and opportunities across product lines
What we’d like you to have
• 5+ years of experience in product management or product leadership roles for consumer hardware solutions
• Proven success bringing complex products to a global or pan european market
• Strong commercial acumen and experience making data-driven decisions to drive business outcomes
• Experience working with combined hardware and customer centric software development
• Track record of collaborating with both internal stakeholders and external technology or manufacturing partners
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience working cross-functionally in fast-paced, high-growth environments
• Demonstrated ability to balance long-term strategic thinking with hands-on delivery
• Familiarity with grid-tied energy systems and residential solar installations
• Experience working at a fast-growing scale-ups
