What you’ll be doing

As a Supply Chain Analyst, you’ll help shape the way we work across our continuously growing European organisation. You’ll build models, define frameworks, and support decision-making with structured data insights. Your focus will be on transforming operational complexity into clear actions, identifying opportunities for improvement, supporting market initiatives, and helping local teams scale efficiently. You'll also collaborate closely with all our customer experience and digital product teams to align operational goals with the overall customer journey. Occasional travel to our local markets is expected.

Key responsibilities:

• In this role, you’ll analyze local operations and uncover new ways to boost efficiency, streamline performance, and drive meaningful results.

• You’ll take ownership of turning opportunities into reality – implementing improvements, best practices, and synergies in close collaboration with our market organizations.
• Working cross-functionally with market teams, customer experience, and product, you’ll play a key role in creating smarter processes and delivering real impact for both our customers and our business.

What you’ll bring to the role:

We see you as a structured and curious problem-solver with strong business acumen. You excel in dynamic, fast-changing environments, navigate ambiguity with ease, and thrive on collaborating across functions to drive results.

You likely have:

• 3–5 years of experience in roles such as Business Analyst, Finance Analyst, or Management Consultant
• Proven ability in financial and business modeling, with a track record of turning insights into action
• Experience collaborating with operational teams in an international environment
• A degree in Finance, Business, Supply Chain, or a related field
• Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages (e.g., Italian, German, French, Polish, Spanish) are an advantage
• Background in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Procurement is a plus
• Experience with D365 is a plus
