About the role 

Our Test and Verification Department is expanding, and we are looking for a Test and Verification Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will primarily focus on conducting tests and measurements in our lab and analyzing the results. You will actively set up and operate heat pumps under various conditions while performing electrical and mechanical tests, as well as minor modifications to heat pump systems. Collaboration with the refrigeration, electrical, and mechanical teams will be a key part of your responsibilities.

What you will be doing:

• Setting up, connecting, and conducting tests and measurements.
• Troubleshooting system issues, including both hardware and software.
• Performing minor modifications to heat pump systems.
• Analyzing measurement data to draw actionable conclusions.
• Writing detailed test reports and documentation.
• Developing test cases and procedures.
• Testing software functionalities.
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of work processes.

What we would like you to have:

• Knowledge in energy systems, physics, electronics, or a related field.
• Proficiency in refrigeration technology and thermodynamics (prefered but not mandatory).
  
• Experience in testing hardware products, ideally heat pumps or HVAC systems (not required but beneficial).
• Basic software knowledge.
• Hands-on experience in electrical or HVAC work (preferred).
