UK Growth Manager at Aira
Reporting to the UK Head of Marketing, the Growth Manager coordinates, executes and manages initiatives across performance marketing, search engine optimisation and support CRM for the UK market, to drive customer acquisition, customer loyalty, and revenue growth. The manager collaborates with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, operations and product) to implement growth initiatives, and builds and executes continuous testing roadmaps and documentation across channels.
The key goals of the role are to drive customer acquisition and support enhancing engagement to drive value.
This role is based in our UK Headquarters in Kings Cross, London. With a modern workplace culture informed by our Scandinavian heritage, this role is Hybrid with the expectation of a minimum 2 days a week working with your team in the office. There'll be times when more direct contact is needed as your team take on exciting, challenging projects. The ideal candidate for this role will be dedicated, adaptable and driven.
Key responsibilities as UK Growth Manager at Aira
Growth Strategy:
- Develop and execute a growth strategy aligned with business objectives and targets
- Identify and prioritise growth opportunities through data-driven insights
Customer Acquisition:
- Lead and manage media planning, campaign management and optimisation of paid marketing campaigns across channels such as social media, search, email
- Identify new growth channels to support business targets
- Support the head of marketing to enhance customer engagement plans and upsell campaigns
- Ownership of the UK search engine optimisation (SEO) roadmap
- Conducting keyword research to guide content teams, optimising website content, landing pages and paid search copy
- Work with and briefing agencies, coordinate creative assets, and set up and optimise website content.
Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Track and report main KPIs
- Analyse key metrics to evaluate and validate initiatives and converting data into actionable business insights.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Partner with product, sales, and marketing teams to execute growth initiatives.
- Work with design studio to develop high-performing assets.
- Oversee UK CRM initiatives and collaborates with stakeholders on marketing and customer loyalty projects (lead nurturing, upsell)
Experimentation:
- Design and run A/B tests and experiments to validate growth hypotheses
- Continuously optimize campaigns based on results.
Experience required for the role of UK Growth Manager at Aira
- Professional experience as a Digital Marketing Manager from D2C organisation
- Professional experience in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies
- Excellent knowledge of all digital marketing channels
- Excellent knowledge and experience with online marketing tools and best practices, including formulating funnel strategies
- Professional, hands-on experience with SEO, Google Analytics and CRM software
- Familiarity with web design
