Based in Sheffield, South Yorkshire, our large team of quality accredited installers work across the UK, installing market-leading products.
What you will be doing as Junior Administrator
To work as part of the Domestic sales team. Dealing with Domestic customer enquiries, helping the Domestic sales team with pre-sales administration, sales campaigns & sales support.
Key responsibilities:
- Input leads onto CRM.
- Lead qualification and company introduction.
- Work proactively with Domestic Sales Manager & the Sales Consultants to proactively work jobs through the system, by liaising with distribution network organisations.
- Work proactively with the Domestic Sales Manager & the Sales Consultants, provide
valuable and detailed feedback to assist with the continuous improvement. - Checking all customer documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
- Chasing active customers to send us relevant documents in a timely and effective
manner. - Completing all pre-sales administration. Including raising deposit and paid deposit invoices, scaffolding and structural roof report quotes, IWA applications & DNO approvals.
- Work confidently in a fast-paced environment within KPI structure.

What we offer as an Junior Administrator
Salary: £23,800 per annum
40 hours per week Monday to Friday office based full time.
25 days annual leave plus bank holidays.
