About the role
We are seeking a customer-focused, passionate, and enthusiastic person to join the team in Aira's Commercial Contact Centre, based within our flagship Northwest hub.
Our Commercial Contact Centre is the first point of contact for Aira customers, and so the ability to communicate effectively with energy, enthusiasm, and integrity is essential. You will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and booking sales and survey visits for Aira's team of Clean Energy Experts.
The role is based in Aira's Northwest hub in Trafford Park, and is 40 hours per week. The role requires shifts covering evenings and weekends, with all work based in the office.
Responsibilities for the role include
- Answer customer Inquiries and provide solutions to ensure customer satisfaction in a professional and courteous manner.
- Booking sales and survey visits.
- Provide customers with in-depth information about our company, products and services.
- Stay up to date with product and service changes, promotions, and updates to provide accurate information to customers - you will never stop learning in this role!
- Efficiently manage and maintain booking schedules using the company's CRM system.
What we would like you to have
Full training will be provided at the Aira Academy, However, the following skills and experiences would be beneficial to this role;
- Experience in sales, customer service, or contact centre roles, with a genuine enthusiasm for connecting with customers.
- A natural talent for negotiating, influencing, and guiding customers to the best possible outcome.
- Positive energy and a passion for creating engaging, memorable conversations.
- Outstanding communication skills - you know how to make people feel heard, understood, and excited to take the next step.
- A confident, solutions-focused mindset - you’re quick on your feet and enjoy turning challenges into opportunities.
- Comfort using CRM systems and basic computer tools to stay organised and informed.
- The ability to multi-task, prioritise, and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays - you’re happy to be there when customers need you most.

- £24,000 Basic Salary, with OTE of £44,700
